Life Coaching or Personal Coaching can be thought of as performance enhancement training. My clients are people who are not dealing with emotional or behavioral issues, but desire overall life improvement. Usually the client presents after having difficulty getting started or has been unsuccessful at achieving a particular target. Goals such as weight control, increased life satisfaction, career advancement, academic improvement, financial management, and relationship enhancement are my areas of focus.
While therapeutic counseling is more focused on the client's past and working through painful experiences in order to develop insight toward change, coaching is more concerned with current day circumstances and future goals. Being already trained in psychological change, I will be able to deal effectively with any deeper psychological issue that may arise. You will receive structure, a map to overcoming blocks and achieving the stated goal, and the proper encouragement and support to develop self-motivation.
My motivational program is structured into a 8-week program with the flexibility to add additional time if necessary up to 24 weeks. This service is provided in-office or via Skype. Fees are pre-paid each four-part segment. Ask about the special discount when pre-paying the entire program rate (twelve meetings) when you make contact for an appointment.
