My years of experience and successful interventions with clients has shaped me as an expert in my field. Personal or self-pay optimizes the privacy of your records. In this case, no one will have knowledge of your ever receiving services unless you yourself disclose. Ask about my special rate discounts to self-paying clients who pre-pay monthly for sessions.
I do accept a few health insurance plans to accomdodate some clients with limitations. Please contact your insurance company to verify your benefits. Information received from your insurance company is a quotation of benefits and is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. It is your responsibility to understand your contract with your insurance company. You are responsible for full payment on any and all services that are denied or not covered by your insurance. You may also contact your Plan to inquire about the possibility of you filing an "Out-of-Network" claim and reimbursement sent directly to you.
Be aware that using health insurance to pay for services makes it necessary for Therapists to disclose treatment-related information in order for the insurance plan to manage your benefits. This impacts the level of confidentiality. Law enforcement officials and attorneys may access insurance information and under certain circumstances, have rights to your therapy notes.
Self-Pay/Personal Rates:
Tele-counseling (online therapy): $125 for 55 minutes
Life/Personal Coaching sessions: $100 for 55 minutes
Premarital Course sessions: Brief 4-hour requirement ($70 per couple), Complete 8-segment $60 per couple/per hour

Only a few major insurances are accepted. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee assistance benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully.
Accepted Insurance Plans:
Once a set appointment time is established for any service, a 24-hour advance notice of cancellation is required in order to avoid a fee. Payment of $50 is required before continuing services.
